Candidates must becomfortable using computers, following strict procedures, and staying focused throughout a12-hourrotating shift.

12 Hours Shifts | 7:00am to 7:00pm(Rotating Shifts)
Control Room OperatorDuties and Responsibilities
•Monitor plant equipment, alarms, pressures, temperatures, and operating conditions using computerized control systems.
•Safely start, stop, and adjust equipment while coordinating with the Main/field team.
•Respond quickly to alarms, equipment issues, and changing conditions.
•Maintain accurate shift logs, equipment readings, and operating records.
•Communicate clearly with operators, supervisors, and maintenance teams.Heavy lifting and lifting constantly
•Follow thestrict no-cell-phone policyexcept during breaks and lunch.
Control Room OperatorQualificationsandRequirements
•High school diploma or GED required.
•Basic computer skills and ability to learn control/monitoring systems.
•Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
•Must completean8-hour training schedulebefore transitioning to a12-hour rotating shift,including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
