About Our Client:

Addison Group is partnering with our client, a mission-driven non-profit organization, to hire a Case Manager. This position is a great opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with information, maintaining accurate records, and supporting individuals through a structured case management process. Job Description:

The Case Manager will provide administrative and documentation support for case management activities, with a strong focus on accurate data entry, record maintenance, document processing, and tracking case-related information. This position will ensure records are complete, current, and properly documented while assisting with service coordination and member communication.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with detailed information, and able to consistently maintain accuracy while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate case and member information in electronic systems.
  • Review and organize documentation to ensure records are complete and accurate.
  • Process forms, referrals, correspondence, and other case-related documents.
  • Track case activity, follow-ups, deadlines, and outstanding information.
  • Update spreadsheets, databases, and internal tracking tools as needed.
  • Assist with reporting, quality assurance, and data collection.
  • Communicate with members, providers, and internal teams to obtain or confirm information.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree OR five (5) years of data entry/documentation experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when entering and reviewing information.
  • Experience with data entry, documentation, recordkeeping, or administrative support.

Additional Details:

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid flexibility available after training, with occasional office and community responsibilities
  • Contract: 6+ months with potential for conversion
