Senior Project Manager

In the role of Senior Project Manager, you play a key part in overseeing and keeping residential projects moving from start to finish. You take charge of coordinating schedules, subcontractors, materials, inspections, and daily construction activities to ensure each project stays organized, on track, and aligned with Keystone’s standards.

What you'll get:

• Base Salary: $85,000–$95,000 based on experience

• PTO and growth opportunities

$85,000–$95,000 base salary

• Oversee cross-functional teams to meet project goals and milestones
• Create plans to boost efficiency and scale operations

• Work closely with vendors and trade partners to resolve project issues and keep work progressing

• Handle estimates, proposals, invoices, project records, and other required documentation

• Strong grasp of scheduling, sequencing, and project execution

• Buildertrend experience preferred; OSHA certification a plus

• Proactive problem-solver with strong organization, accountability, and a valid driver’s license

• More than 3 years of hands-on residential construction experience
