Administrative Operations Assistant
You don't need years of experience or experience in this industry to be successful in this role.
A well-established Quad Cities organization is looking for an up-and-coming administrative professional with the aptitude, personality and drive to grow into a highly versatile member of its administrative team.
Maybe you're early in your career and ready for an organization to invest in your development. Maybe you have some administrative, customer service or office experience and know you're capable of more than your current role allows. Or maybe you've already built a solid foundation and are looking for a position where you can broaden your skills.
In any case, this organization is interested in potential, learning ability and initiative not simply finding someone who already checks every box.

You'll join an administrative team that is intentionally being built around cross-training, shared knowledge and development.
Initially, you'll learn and support many of the team's foundational administrative and transactional responsibilities. As you gain knowledge and confidence, you'll have opportunities to cross-train in additional functions and take on greater ownership.

There isn't a predetermined next title or guaranteed promotion. There is a leader who enjoys developing people, a team structure designed around cross-training, and an opportunity to build skills well beyond where you start.
If you've ever thought:
“I know I'm capable of more I just need someone to give me the opportunity to learn it.”
...this may be worth exploring.
