Schedule:
• Thursday, October 8: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• Friday, October 9: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• Saturday, October 10: 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM
We are actively seeking aBrand Ambassadorto join a leading wellness and performance technology company at the Chicago Marathon Expo. This exciting three-day event brings together runners, fitness enthusiasts, and health-conscious consumers from across the country. If you're outgoing, personable, and enjoy interacting with people in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great opportunity to represent an innovative brand while building valuable event marketing experience.
In this role, you'll engage expo attendees, share information about the brand's wellness and recovery solutions, answer questions, and help createexceptionalcustomer experience. What You'll Do
- Welcome attendees and create a positive first impression at the exhibit space
- Engage runners, spectators, and guests in meaningful conversations
- Learn and confidently communicate keyproductsand brand information
- Conduct interactive demonstrations and introduce visitors to available solutions
- Answer questions and provideknowledgeable, customer-focused experience
- Support sales activities and assist guests throughout the purchasing process
- Encourage participation in booth activations and promotional opportunities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional event presence
- Collaborate closely with fellow team members and event leadership
- Contribute to event goals by driving engagement and enhancing the attendee experience
To Be Successful in This Role, You'll Bring:
- Previous experience in brand ambassadorship, retail, customer service, hospitality, promotions, or events preferred
- Passion for fitness, wellness, sports, running, or active lifestyles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A confident, approachable, and professional demeanor
- Ability to learn product information quickly and explain it clearly
- Dependability and commitment to the full event schedule
- Comfort standing and interacting with attendees throughout the day
- Availability to complete required paid training before the event
