Education / Licensing Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management preferred.
  • PHR or SPHR preferred.

Experience Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years human resources experience.

Position Overview:

Responsible for performing all human resources functions for the location. Includes employee relations, training, performance management, and employment law compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Partners with management to communicate and administer human resource policies and procedures for all employees.
  • Responds to employee relations issues and counsels management on corrective action procedures.
  • Processes all unemployment claims. Attend unemployment hearings as necessary.
  • Provides benefits assistance (Health, Dental, Vision, Life, LTD, 401k) to onsite employees.
  • Maintains HRIS system and personnel files.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Personally demonstrate and lead and manage team members according to Senderra’s community values.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions:

  • Fast-paced environment.
  • Requires normal vision (corrected) both close and distant.
  • Requires normal hearing levels (corrected).
  • Requires working at a desk to use a phone and computer for extended periods of time. Requires sitting, bending.
  • Uses office equipment and machinery effectively.
  • Requires normal finger dexterity for keyboarding.
  • Works effectively with frequent interruptions.
  • Lifting requirements of 15 lbs. occasionally.
  • Minimal travel <5%.

Organizational Relationships: Reports to the VP of Human Resources.
