Location: (West Seattle)
Schedule: Part-Time (Approximately 20 Hours per Week)
Compensation: Starting at $25-40HR

The Opportunity

Seattle Search Group is partnering with a growing CPA firm to identify an organized and proactive Office Manager. This is a highly visible role supporting executive leadership while overseeing day-to-day office operations, administrative functions, and company events.

The ideal candidate is dependable, resourceful, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This position offers a diverse mix of executive support, office management, project coordination, and event planning, with the opportunity to grow as the organization continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities Office Administration
  • Manage incoming mail, packages, and office correspondence.
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical records.
  • Assist with basic technology setup and software coordination.
  • Support general administrative and operational projects.
Executive Support
  • Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and executive logistics.
  • Handle confidential communications and administrative requests.
  • Track priorities and follow up on action items across leadership.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to executive leadership.
Operations & Event Coordination
  • Coordinate internal meetings, training sessions, and company events.
  • Assist with planning leadership meetings and company gatherings.
  • Coordinate vendors, schedules, and event logistics.
  • Support special projects and operational initiatives.
Content & Administrative Support
  • Assist with logistics during company content recording sessions.
  • Coordinate file organization and transfer of recorded content.
  • Track production timelines and administrative follow-up.
  • Support miscellaneous projects as business needs evolve.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of office management, executive assistant, administrative, or operations experience.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and common business software.
  • Comfortable learning new technology and systems.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
