General Manager Restaurant Operations
We are hiring a General Manager for our Boston, MAteam. This role leads daily operations, builds a high-performing team, and delivers a consistently great guest experience while driving strong financial results.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day restaurant performance: service, quality, cleanliness, and safety
- Hire, train, coach, and retain a strong team; set clear expectations and accountability
- Manage scheduling, labor planning, inventory, and cost controls
- Drive guest satisfaction and resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Execute operational standards and partner with leadership to improve performance
Qualifications
- Leadership experience in a customer-facing environment (restaurant management preferred)
- Strong people leadership and coaching skills
- Working knowledge of P&L, labor, and inventory (or ability to learn quickly)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support the floor as needed
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the role and work around food allergens
