Supervise the shipping and receiving processes to ensure they are efficient and accurate
Coordinate with external and internal customers to process and schedule deliveries and shipments.
Manage inventory of products and supplies
Inspect shipment contents for damage, shortage, and overages
Maintain records of all incoming and outgoing shipments and create reports as needed
Ensure compliance with safety, security and regulatory standards
Train and coach shipping and receiving team members on proper procedures and expectations
Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure customer satisfaction
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit and Harlow Aerostructures LLC
