Customer Service Representative
SOUTHERN VIBEZ INC is a wholesale vapor products company serving customers through our online stores and wholesale ordering channels. We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, website chat, and other online channels
Assist customers with website orders, product questions, payments, and order status
Help wholesale customers with bulk orders, pricing, and product availability
Monitor and follow up on online orders
Resolve customer concerns and order issues professionally
Coordinate with warehouse and fulfillment teams to ensure orders are processed correctly
Maintain accurate customer and order information
Provide a professional and positive customer experience
Follow company policies and all applicable laws and regulations
Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer-service and problem-solving skills
Comfortable using websites, email, chat platforms, and basic computer systems
Strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple customer requests at the same time
Previous customer service, e-commerce, sales, or wholesale experience is a plus
Reliable, professional, and organized
Job Details
Pay: $28–$34 per hour, depending on experience
