Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and breakdown of event venues including arranging furniture and equipment.
• Welcome and register guests, providing information and directions as needed.
• Ensure the safety and security of attendees by monitoring the event space.
• Support event coordinators with logistics and administrative tasks during events.
• Manage crowd control and assist with traffic flow to maintain orderliness.
