How You Will Make an Impact:

We are looking for a dependable, team-oriented Deli Associate to join our Suffolk team! Depending on your assigned station, responsibilities may include:

  • Salad & Sandwich Prep: Prepare menu items while maintaining food quality and freshness.
  • Customer Service/Cashier: Greet customers, take orders, operate the register, and process payments.
  • Customer Service/Phones: Answer calls, take phone orders, and assist customers.
  • Expediting: Check orders for accuracy, package items, and ensure timely service.
  • All Staff: Assist with opening and closing duties, including washing dishes, mopping, taking out trash, restocking restroom supplies, and completing other assigned tasks.

All team members are expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, provide excellent customer service, and support other stations as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Customer service experience, preferably in a food service setting
  • Food prep experience
  • Experience running a cash register a plus
  • Able to follow directions and work independently
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Reliable transportation

The Good Stuff:

  • Base pay 14/hr with tip pool guaranteed to average at least $15/hr (currently, base pay with tip pool averages between $15-$18/hr)
