What You'll Do
- Provide prompt, courteous dining service to residents and guests.
- Support daily dining service operations.
- Assist with meal tray assembly.
- Serve meals and assist residents with menu selections.
- Bus and reset dining rooms according to established standards.
- Operate a touchscreen register, process meal counts, and balance daily receipts.
- Operate and clean the grill, Panini grill, coffee brewing equipment, beverage dispensers, and sandwich preparation area.
- Assemble and deliver nourishments to Skilled Nursing and Personal Care areas.
- Clean and sanitize assigned work areas.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Maintain a professional appearance and work effectively as part of the Culinary Services team.
