Receptionist - Front Desk Associate

QUALIFICATIONS

• Customer service experience and skills
• Professional communication skills for interacting with patients
• Comfort using phone systems and computers
• Preferred - Collaborative spirit and an ability to work well with a team

CORE RECEPTIONIST - FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working in the office from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday
• Warmly greeting patients when they call or visit the clinic
• Answering questions, addressing concerns, and scheduling appointments
• Checking in patients when they arrive, checking them out when they leave, and scheduling follow-up appointments
• Verifying Demo/insurance coverage and collecting co-pays when appropriate
• Jumping in to help around the clinic as needed
