Job Summary
The Goddess Collection is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Skincare Production Associate to assist with the production of our handcrafted skincare and wholistic wellness products.
This is a hands-on, in-person position focused primarily on product production, filling, labeling, packaging, inventory, and maintaining an organized production environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Measure, blend, fill, bottle, label, and package skincare and wellness products according to established formulas and procedures.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, containers, utensils, and work areas before and after production.
• Verify that the correct product and label match before labeling and packaging.
• Perform inventory checks and assist with restocking products, ingredients, and supplies.
• Maintain a clean and organized production, storage, and warehouse environment.
• Assist with label printing and basic production records.
• Assist with basic social media posts and other social media tasks as needed.
• Assist with occasional business-related tasks, pickups, deliveries, and errands as needed.
• Work independently as well as collaboratively with the team based on daily production needs.
Measurable Performance Indicators
• Accuracy in measuring, filling, labeling, and packaging.
• Consistent adherence to production and sanitation procedures.
• Completion of assigned production tasks within expected timeframes.
• Accurate inventory counts and timely reporting of low-stock items.
• Consistent product quality with minimal errors or unnecessary waste.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and completion of assigned responsibilities.
Work Environment
• In-person skincare production and warehouse setting.
• Requires standing and/or sitting for extended periods.
• Requires walking throughout the workspace and performing repetitive hand movements.
• Must be able to lift and carry light to moderate items.

Qualifications
• Education: High school diploma, GED, or some college education.
• Ability to read, write, count, and perform basic math.
• Basic Microsoft Word and general computer skills.
• Microsoft Excel knowledge preferred but not required.
• Basic familiarity with social media is a plus.
• Previous manufacturing, production, skincare, cosmetics, food preparation, or similar hands-on experience preferred but not required.
