We are a growing psychiatric medical practice based in Southlake, Frisco and Plano TX, comprised of a dedicated team of counselors and clinicians. Our focus is on delivering individualized care to enhance mental health, wellness, and overall patient well-being. As part of our team, you will provide psychotherapy and counseling to patients facing a range of psychiatric and substance use disorders, with a primary focus on working with veterans. The position offers full-time hours with a highly flexible and hybrid work environment.

Our practice is seeking an LPC / LCSW to join our highly organized team. We offer a 1099 contract. The ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, trustworthy, and has a desire to work with adults and adolescents. We work with individuals and families from a variety of cultures and backgrounds. The applicant will need to possess excellent communication skills, be a team player, and have the ability to work independently (you will have an on-site manager who will be able to provide support, guidance, and mentorship).
WHAT WE OFFER:
We handle billing, insurance credentialing, and scheduling. We accept many major insurance programs. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and are a part of the VA Community Care Network. We have constant referral sources and have a current waitlist that can fill caseloads. All our therapists maintain full caseloads. We offer case consultations with our other therapists in the group.
