Warehouse Specialist
The Habegger Corporation is a family-owned HVAC distributor that has served contractors since 1952. As the largest independent Bryant distributor in North America, we help contractors get the equipment, parts, and supplies they need to keep their customers comfortable.
We're looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate to help receive shipments, prepare orders, organize inventory, and make local deliveries. You'll work with warehouse teammates and customers to keep each day running smoothly.
Pay: $20 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break

What You'll Do
- Receive HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies, checking shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Pick, pack, label, and stage customer orders and transfers between locations.
- Load and unload vehicles using material-handling equipment as trained.
- Make scheduled local deliveries in a 26-foot box truck and handle pickups as needed. Some locations also use a pickup truck for smaller loads.
- Keep inventory organized, record product movement, and assist with cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and delivery vehicle.
- Let the team know promptly about shortages, damaged products, or delivery issues.
What We're Looking For
- A valid Class C non-CDL driver's license and a driving record that meets company insurance requirements.
- A DOT medical card, or the ability to obtain one upon hire with company assistance.
- The ability to operate a delivery vehicle safely and follow applicable driving requirements.
- Comfort reading orders, counting inventory accurately, and using a computer or handheld device.
- The ability to lift and move equipment and supplies as required for the role, with reasonable accommodation where applicable.
- A reliable, organized approach and a willingness to work with both teammates and customers.
Warehouse, delivery, HVAC parts, or forklift experience is helpful but not required. Forklift certification is provided during onboarding.
