Position: Stand up Reach Operator
Pay: $22.00
Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Stand up Reach Operator to start IMMEDIATELY at $22/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities
- Review production schedules to plan and prioritize work efficiently
- Ensure inventory is available for production, coordinating with the Shipping Lead
- Complete cycle counts and manually count products
- Return materials from production and consolidate racks for efficiency
- Fulfill work order request forms promptly
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs immediately
- Follow safety guidelines and company policies
- Work full-time with overtime including weekends as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with team members
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments
- Familiarity with operating computers and RF scanners
- Basic math skills for weight calculations and reading labels
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication
- Ability to stand for long periods and work safely
- Open to mandatory overtime, including weekends
