Schedule: We offer full-time, and are looking for someone Wed- Fri 2pm-10pm, Sat/Sun 6am-2pm

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

If you meet the following criteria, we want you as our Retail Security Professional!

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of security experience, preferably in a retail setting
• Customer service experience
• Strong commitment to customer service
• Keen eye for detail
• Physical ability to engage in extensive walking throughout the shift
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill
• Exceptional observational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
• Familiarity with CCTV systems and basic security equipment
• Knowledge of emergency response protocols and basic first aid
• Integrity, honesty, and a strong commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment

Security-related training or certifications are a plus.

DAY-TO-DAY

In this role, you'll patrol retail spaces on foot and by vehicle, monitor surveillance systems, assist customers, prevent theft, and respond to emergencies. You'll also respond swiftly to emergencies, enforce access control measures, and document incidents with precision. You'll be the visible presence that deters crime and reassures staff and shoppers alike.
