We’relooking for a skilled craftsperson who takes pride in their work and attention to detail. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in architectural millwork or cabinetry and thrives in a team environment where quality and precision matter.
- Proficiencywith shop machinery, tools, and equipment; ability toassistwith shop maintenance and organization
- Strong understanding of cabinet manufacturing methods, materials, and hardware
- Experience laminating plastic laminate and wood veneers
- Ability to read and interpret detailed shop drawings and translate them into finished work
- Skill in estimating time required for assembly and production from shop drawings
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to meeting quality standards and deadlines
- Willingness to work overtime or occasional weekends as project schedules require
- Dependable, collaborative, and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Familiarity with safe material handling and storage techniques
