We're hiring Maintenance Technicians to support equipment reliability and preventive maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment. This hands-on role is a great fit for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy troubleshooting equipment, working independently, and helping keep production running efficiently.

• Perform lubrication and preventive maintenance on industrial equipment and machinery
• Inspect bearings, motors, pumps, conveyors, and other mechanical systems
• Apply lubricants and grease to equipment following maintenance schedules and procedures
• Identify potential equipment issues and communicate findings to maintenance and operations teams
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical problems and support equipment reliability efforts
• Operate hand tools, grease pumps, and maintenance equipment safely and effectively
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow safety procedures at all times
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and professional

• High School Diploma or GED
• Mechanical experience or strong mechanical aptitude
• Understanding of industrial equipment such as bearings, motors, pumps, and conveyors
• Ability to safely use hand tools and maintenance equipment
• Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate professionally in a manufacturing environment

• Industrial maintenance experience
• Preventive maintenance or lubrication experience
• Mechanical troubleshooting experience
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, or industrial machinery
• Experience reading blueprints, diagrams, or schematics
• Forklift or manufacturing experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waterloo, IA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
