Cardiology Medical Assistant - ASAP Start | Decatur, TX


Award-winning, private practice seeking full-time Certified Medical Assistant (BLS, CMA certifications required to be active) with 1+ year ofCardiology practice experience, and experience with EKGs, Holter monitors, and manual cuffs to join our team in Decatur, TX for 40 - 50 patients per day. ASAP start with immediate benefits (full list below)

Rate: $20/hr - $22/hr | based on experience
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8a - 5p | 40 hours per week

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • 2 years of experience as Certified Medical Assistant.
  • Minimum 1+ year in Cardiology practice.
  • Active BLS Certification
  • Active CMA Certification
  • Experienced with EKGs, Holter monitors, and manual cuffs
  • Dependable and capable of being on time.
  • Positive and professional attitude.
  • Fast-paced, motivated, and adept.

Job Summary:

  • Fast-paced, high patient volume between 40 - 50 patients per day
  • Room patients
  • Record history, intake, document vital signs in EMR system
  • EKGs
  • Holter monitors
  • Manual cuffs
  • Communicate effectively to provide exceptional patient service across diverse populations.
