Fast Track for Candidates with Previous HIIT Coaching Experience

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and motivate members through structured 45-minute, full-body workouts.
- Help members achieve weight loss, strength, and conditioning goals.
- Ensure safe form and provide corrections when needed.
- Understand and apply heart-rate–based training methods.
- Demonstrate proper use of all studio equipment.
- Collaborate with the sales team to grow membership.
- Build community by engaging with members and supporting studio events.
What We’re Looking For:
- Certified Personal Trainer (Required) current certification from an approved provider.
- Previous group fitness experience a plus.
- HIIT coaching experience = Fast Track consideration.
- Passionate, reliable, and team-oriented.
