MultiDisciplinary Engineer 4 (ElectroOpticsLasers)

Join our fastmoving, missiondriven team as a MultiDisciplinary Engineer 4 (ElectroOpticsLasers). As we scale, you’ll play a foundational role in building core hardware capabilities from the ground up. This handson position is ideal for a selfstarter who thrives in a fluid startup environment and enjoys working across multiple engineering disciplines to solve challenging technical problems. Individuals should have strong hands-on practical skills in multiple fields listed below with exceptional skills in at least one of the fields:

• Electronic Hardware Design
• System simulation
• Controls and Systems
• Test and Measurement
• Firmware and Programming
• Lasers and Optics
• Hardware and Design

Requirements

• This position requires access to export-controlled information. Employment is contingent upon the applicant being a U.S. person as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).

Experience:

• Master's degree in engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experienceincluding applicable highereducation workpreferably within a startup or technologydriven environment.
• Strong analytical capabilities paired with handson experience in generating and controlling highprecision, highpower lasers and beam modulation.
• Proven ability to analyze, fabricate, and test designs to validate performance through realworld experimentation.
• Candidates with extensive highpower laser safety experience are strongly preferred.

Benefits

The expected annual salary range for this position is $200,000-$225,000.
