We're hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians to support industrial manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for candidates with strong mechanical troubleshooting skills who enjoy working with production equipment, performing repairs, and helping keep operations running safely and efficiently.

• Perform preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance on industrial equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
• Inspect, repair, replace, and adjust machinery and equipment components
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and equipment manuals
• Perform welding, fabrication, and equipment modifications as needed
• Work with bearings, gearboxes, pumps, piping systems, lubrication systems, and rotating equipment
• Use hand tools, power tools, and precision maintenance equipment safely and effectively
• Document maintenance activities and equipment conditions accurately
• Operate forklifts, lifts, and other support equipment as needed
• Support continuous improvement, safety, and reliability initiatives throughout the facility

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience
• Experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Welding and fabrication experience
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail
• High School Diploma or GED

• Industrial Maintenance degree or related technical education
• Electrical troubleshooting experience
• PLC troubleshooting experience
• Precision alignment experience
• Gearbox, bearing, and lubrication systems maintenance
• Fabrication and equipment modification
• Forklift, scissor lift, or aerial lift operation

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cedar Rapids, IA.

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $32.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
