Soleil Tans is hiring a part-time Assistant Team Lead at our luxury sun spa in Edison, New Jersey.
This is where leadership starts at Soleil. You support the Team Lead to keep daily operations running smoothly, hit sales goals, and uphold our standards. When the Team Lead is not there, you lead the shift. You also carry your own sales goals and coach the team.
What you'll do:
- Meet and beat your own sales goals for memberships, products, and upgrades. Help the Team Lead track and drive shift sales.
- Lead the shift when the Team Lead is out. Give the team guidance, feedback, and accountability.
- Welcome guests and deliver our brand promise: "Love your experience, or let us know, we will make it right."
- Keep the spa clean, stocked, and at a luxury standard.
- Support scheduling, opening, and closing as needed.
What you bring:
- Proven sales or guest-service experience; prior shift-lead experience is a plus.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Clear communication and comfort coaching peers.
- Availability for evenings and weekends as needed.
Pay and perks:
- Starting pay: $18.00 per hour.
- $20.00 per hour within one year after training.
- Sales bonuses averaging $1 to $4 per hour.
- Tips average $100 per month.

Growth path
Strong performance and leadership lead to promotion to Team Lead.
