Quality Inspector | Aerospace Manufacturing $20 - $30

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Join a growing aerospace manufacturer where quality and precision drive everything we do. We're seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to inspect machined parts and assemblies, ensure compliance with aerospace standards, and support production through accurate measurements and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process, final, and incoming inspections of machined aerospace components
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and customer specifications
• Use precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and CMM equipment
• Complete First Article Inspections (FAIs) and quality documentation
• Identify and document non-conforming parts and support corrective actions
• Maintain quality records and ensure compliance with AS9100/AS9102 standards
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality concerns and improve processes

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of quality inspection experience in manufacturing
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
• Experience using precision measuring instruments
• Strong understanding of quality control procedures and documentation
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Aerospace manufacturing experience
• CMM experience
• Knowledge of AS9100 and AS9102 requirements
• Associate degree or technical training related to quality or manufacturing

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, OK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
