HVAC Service Helper
Location: Kalida, OH
Pay: $20 - $25 hourly, depending on experience
Schedule: 40+ hours weekly | Monday through Friday | Overtime as needed

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with HVAC service calls, maintenance, and repairs
- Help inspect residential heating and cooling equipment
- Learn basic system troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures
- Prepare tools, equipment, and materials for service work
- Help with cleaning, maintaining, and servicing HVAC equipment
- Keep work areas, vehicles, and equipment clean and organized
- Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers
- Follow company procedures and established safety practices
- Participate in training and continue developing your HVAC knowledge
- Take on additional responsibilities as your skills and experience grow

Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- EPA Certification
- HVAC experience is preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Dependable attendance and a solid work ethic
- Ability to follow directions and work well with experienced technicians
- Professional attitude and good communication skills
- Commitment to providing quality work and excellent customer service
