Welder

Join our team as a TIG Welder, specializing in stainless steel products within the semiconductor industry. You will be responsible for welding components for valves, fittings, equipment hook-ups, manifolds, regulators, and tube press fittings systems.

• Adhere to weld schematics and accurately identify weld symbols.
• Apply basic math skills in welding processes.
• Utilize fundamental welding principles in your work.

• Proficiency in TIG welding and stainless steel welding.
• Experience in manufacturing settings.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

• Experience in purge welding.
• Familiarity with stainless pipe welding.
• Skill in fabrication, inspection, and sheet metal work.

Work in a clean manufacturing environment with a structured schedule. Training occurs Monday to Friday, from 6:30am to 3:00pm. Once trained, transition to a Monday to Thursday swing shift from 3:00pm to 1:30am, which includes a 10% shift differential.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of PORTLAND, OR.

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $33.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
