Accountant – ERP Systems

Location: Northlake, IL (On-Site)

A well-established, privately held mechanical contracting company in the Chicago area is looking for an Account. This is a unique position, combining accounting and ERP systems administration. This company has been in business for nearly 90 years and is one of the largest full-service mechanical contractors in the region, serving hospitals, data centers, schools, and other major institutional clients.

This person would own the master data, support end users, and also work very closely with the ERP Director - focusing on system admin, training, and process documentation.

Compensation: $65,000–$90,000, depending on experience

Schedule: Full-time, onsite

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years of accounting experience
• ERP systems experience - COINS is a plus, but not required

Pluses:

• Experience working in a manufacturing or construction environment
• Experience documenting workflows/SOPs or building training materials for end users
