Rate:$35-45/hour
Contract Type:W-2, U.S. Citizens Only

Critical: Timely same-day communication with boss or designated leaders.

Scope of Services:

Seeking a Business analyst/Project Coordinator, self-directed consultant for a 6-month engagement (extension possible) to support workplace services, operations, project oversight, with financial understanding. The role requires independent execution in a Minneapolis-basedenvironment.

4 days a week onsite,8am CT, no exceptions.

The Business Analyst will support enterprise system implementation and optimization initiatives by coordinating project activities, tracking deliverables, and facilitating communication across stakeholders. This role is ideal for a polished professional, recent graduates with high potential who can quickly adapt to transformation processes, assist with change management, and ensure project timelines are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support enterprise transformation projects from planning through execution
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and track project milestones and deliverables
• Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and maintain project documentation
• Support testing, training, and deployment activities
• Monitor project risks and help escalate issues as needed

Required Experience:

• Recent graduate or 1-3 years of project coordination or business analysis experience
• Exposure to enterprise systems or software implementations preferred
• Experience supporting technology projects or process improvement initiatives
• Must demonstrate professionalism and high potential for growth
