Job Description

RapyutaRobotics, an ETH Zurich spinoff, operateswith the goal of making robots more accessible to anyone in thelogisticsindustry. Rapyuta Robotics seeks individuals who believe that collaborationleads to more effective and sustainable outcomes and are fearless in challenging limits whether within themselves or in their surroundings to make a dent in the universe.

As a Sales and Solutions Engineer, you will own a customer Value Stream: an account you carry from the first conversation through solution design, close, deployment, go-live, and ongoing customer success. You are the customer's primary point of contact and advocate for the life of the relationship, and you work hand in hand with our Project Management (PjM) team, Solutions Design team, and Deployment team to deliver on what we promise. You will help grow our U.S. business as we scale Automated Storage & Retrieval Systems (ASRS) and Pick-Assist Autonomous Mobile Robots (PA-AMR) across distribution and fulfillment operations.

This role grows in two phases. In 2027, you will learn the inner workings of our ASRS by supporting live deployments on site, from installation through go-live and hypercare, while taking on select sales tasks. From 2028, your focus shifts to full sales ownership, bringing a deep, hands-on understanding of the product to every customer conversation.

This is a cross-functional role for people who are equally comfortable on a warehouse floor, in front of a customer, and inside a spreadsheet. It's a high-ownership, ground-floor seat where you'll learn the product from the inside out, own real customer relationships, and grow as quickly as you demonstrate you're ready.

We welcome ambitious recent graduates and exceptional early-careerprofessionals who are eager to take on meaningful responsibility from day one. Ifyou'reexcitedbyrobotics, logistics, and solving complex operational challenges,we'dlove to hear from you.

  • Customer Success: Support hypercare after go-live, track system performance against the customer's operational goals, manage issue resolution and design changes, and identify opportunities to expand the account.
  • Discovery & Solution Design: Run discovery on customer operations (order profiles, SKU data, throughput requirements, and process flow) and build solution models in Excel (storage sizing, throughput and labor analysis, and ROI cases), working closely with the data & analytics and solution enablement squads in India to translate them into clear, customer-facing proposals.
  • Sales & Partnerships (growing into 2028): Support proposals and follow-up in 2027, then take full ownership of prospecting, pipeline, proposals, and close. Build and manage relationships with channel and integration partners.
