As our Experienced Store Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in the success of our store. Your leadership will set the tone for a positive work culture while ensuring the store operates efficiently and meets its goals. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:

• Team Leadership: Make key employment decisions, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, coaching, and, when necessary, terminating employees.
• Foster Engagement: Build an open-door culture by listening to and addressing associate feedback. Use tools like the Voice of Associate to create a supportive environment.
• Staffing & Scheduling: Ensure accurate and effective staffing to meet operational needs.
• Employee Development: Facilitate reviews, recognition, team activities, training, onboarding, mentoring, and succession planning to support associate growth.
• Empowerment: Delegate effectively, challenge team members to reach their full potential, and encourage accountability for results.
• Communication: Cascade important information to the team and adjust priorities to meet goals in a dynamic environment.
• Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve associate complaints and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
• Engagement & Recognition: Celebrate team achievements and foster a culture of appreciation.
• Performance Management: Ensure all associate reviews are completed on time and with care.

We’re seeking a motivated and experienced leader who meets the following qualifications:

• Experience: 3 to 6 years of retail leadership, managing teams of 30+ employees in a customer-focused environment.
• Language Skills: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Availability: Full-time availability with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer applications.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Composure: Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure.
• Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
