PositionSummary

The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing construction operations, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and profitably while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

KeyResponsibilities

• Manage and oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Coordinate with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement solutions proactively.
• Ensure adherence to all safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Support project forecasting, cost control, and profitability objectives.
• Foster strong client relationships and contribute to repeat business opportunities.
• Mentor and develop team members while promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.

PreferredQualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience within commercial construction.
• Experience with concrete, structural, civil, or specialty contracting projects is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of project management, scheduling, budgeting, and construction operations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software and project controls tools.
