Food Production Associate- Morning Shift

Responsibilities:

• Material Supply: Ensure the production line stays moving by supplying materials with zero downtime.
• Precision Weighing: Utilize industrial scales to measure ingredients according to specific recipe interpretations.
• Quality Control: Execute material rotation (FIFO) and maintain strict Food Safety and Housekeeping (GMP) protocols.
• Operational Flow: Adapt to daily schedule changes and manage high-volume production tasks in an ambient or cool environment.
• Team Collaboration: Work in a fast-paced environment where safety and accuracy are the top priorities.

Working hours: 3:00 AM - 1:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:

• Previous experience in a food manufacturing or GMP-regulated environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex recipes.
• Familiarity with Material Rotation (FIFO) and production line supply logic.
• A "safety-first" mindset with a history of great attendance.

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:

• Experience: minimum of 90 days heavy lifting experience within 2026
• Physical Endurance: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently and stand for 100% of a 10-hour shift.
• Availability: Must be able to work 10-hour shifts with starts as early as 2:00 PM.
• Adaptability: Comfortable with daily schedule changes based on production needs.
• Compliance: Must pass an English Reading Comprehension test (for safety and recipe accuracy), background check, and employment verification.
• PPE: Willingness to wear all required gear (hairnets, beard covers, safety glasses, and steel-toed boots).
