We are seeking a friendly and welcoming Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience from the moment they call. We are looking for outgoing and driven personalities with a focus on teamwork, attention to detail, and a love for animals.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls as they come in
- Assist owners in booking appointments
- Update records, approve prescription requests, and tend to the email
- Manage waitlists and reservations efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the entrance area
- Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth operations
- Assist Veterinary Technicians with patient intake and discharge.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a receptionist position is not required! We are happy to offer on the job training
- Strong guest relations and customer service skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and engage with diverse groups of people
- Basic Computer Skills
Requirements:
