Wholesale Insurance Sales Manager

We are seeking a Wholesale Insurance Sales Managerto join our team!You will be responsible forexpanding the company's book of businessby selling private, specialized crop insurance policies to new and existing clients.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell insurance policies retail agencies
• Manage two sales associates
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints
• Expand business reach through established networking channels
• Comply with insurance standards and regulations
• Work with underwriters in binding policies
• Track and identifyareas of improvement

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in selling insurance to farmers or other agricultural financialproducts.
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
