People come to an estate planning attorney at some of the most important moments of their lives. They are thinking about their children, their legacy and what happens when they are no longer around to make decisions. The attorney who sits across from them needs to be someone they can trust completely.

A well established and respected law firm in Concord, New Hampshire is looking for a Trust and Estate Attorney to join their department. The work covers the full range of estate planning and administration. The environment is collegial, the colleagues are experienced and there is real room to grow into a leadership role over time.

You will draft wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney and healthcare proxies, handle estate and trust administration, address federal estate and gift tax issues and engage in business succession and charitable planning for clients who are counting on you to get it right.

What you need to bring:

• Active New Hampshire Bar admission in good standing
• 3 to 5 or more years of Trust and Estate experience preferred
• Candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience will be considered if the fit is right
• Strong drafting experience with wills, trusts, durable powers and healthcare proxies
• Strong research, writing and communication skills
• Excellent academic qualifications
• This is a fully onsite role in Concord, New Hampshire
