About the JobPerform physically demanding production, inspection, packing, and palletizing duties while maintaining quality, productivity, safety, and housekeeping standards. Candidates should be energetic, detail-oriented, quality-focused, and interested in long-term or full-time employment.
Duties/Responsibilities • Stack and pack products from production lines onto pallets according to specifications and productivity guidelines.
• Perform visual quality checks and use required tools to inspect products against customer specifications.
• Complete production, product-identification, and quality paperwork.
• Communicate with other operators regarding order status, construction, and quality.
• Assist with strapping and cleaning skids using pallet jacks.
• Support production-line operations as needed and with appropriate training.
• Follow all safety rules, wear required PPE, and participate in hazard recognition.
• Maintain housekeeping by clearing scrap, sweeping, and removing debris.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to perform physically demanding work and maintain production pace. • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, energetic, and able to work effectively on a team.
• Production or assembly experience preferred.
•
Quality experience preferred.Training Schedule Candidates who speak
Spanish and English may train on the overnight shift. Candidates who do not speak both languages may train on days before transitioning to the overnight shift once trained.
PPE Requirements Contractors are responsible for wearing their own
steel-toed boots. Other task-specific PPE will be provided on-site.
