Alert Rescue LLC is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support and help ensure smooth, efficient operations across the organization.
Position SummaryThe Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership by managing complex schedules, coordinating priorities, and supporting day-to-day administrative needs with discretion and professionalism. This role requires strong communication skills, exceptional organization, and the ability to handle sensitive information while maintaining a calm, proactive approach.
In a hybrid work environment based in Irving, TX, the Executive Assistant will contribute to leadership effectiveness by anticipating needs, coordinating across teams, and ensuring critical follow-through on time-sensitive matters.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage executive calendars, appointments, and travel-related coordination to ensure efficient scheduling and timely execution.
Prioritize incoming requests, determine urgency, and route items appropriately to support leadership priorities.
Draft, edit, and prepare professional correspondence, documents, and materials on behalf of executives.
Coordinate meetings, agendas, and logistics, ensuring participants have the right information ahead of time.
Maintain organized records and support operational follow-through on action items, updates, and follow-ups.
Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders in a high-volume administrative or executive support role.
Strong proficiency in managing calendars, prioritizing tasks, and handling competing deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
Professional demeanor and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience supporting leadership in a dynamic, growing organization.
Strong familiarity with office workflows and administrative best practices.
Proven ability to take initiative, solve problems, and anticipate needs with minimal supervision.
Experience coordinating cross-functional projects or schedules across multiple stakeholders.
Annual salary: $120,000 - $160,000
