Lake Auto Group group is looking to hirea hard working and dependable individual to care for ourdealerships!The Maintenance, Grounds Keeper and Custodial crew is responsible for the overallcleanliness of ourdealerships,both inside and out, duties will include,but are not limited to:
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Perform routine building cleaning under limited supervision
- Window cleaning
- Dusting, dust-mopping and sweeping
- Moving and setting up furniture and equipment
- Policing grounds for litter
- Monitor and ordercleaning supplies
- Mowing and trimming ofgrass areasand hedges
- Snow removal from entrances and sidewalks.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- Should have a minimum of 1 year of maintenanceexperience
- Satisfactory work record and attendance
- High School Diploma
- Valid WI driver’s license
