How you’ll make an impact
- Create, refine, and validate CNC programs for milling and turning operations
- Leverage blueprints, CAD models, and GD&T to craft accurate toolpaths
- Select tooling and set speeds/feeds to balance speed, surface finish, and tolerance
- Partner with machinists, engineers, and production to standardize and improve processes
- Diagnose programming and machining issues directly on the shop floor
- Lead continuous improvement efforts with a focus on lowering cycle times
What you bring
- 3+ years programming CNC equipment in a machining environment
- Expertise in milling, turning, and multi-axis concepts
- Ability to read and apply GD&T
- Hands-on machining experience (preferred)
- Detail orientation and strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with CAM platforms: Mastercam, NX CAM, Fusion 360, GibbsCAM (or similar)
