We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide evaluation and treatment for inpatient patients with orthopedic, neurological, and complex medical conditions.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide physical therapy to improve strength, mobility, range of motion, and overall function.
- Use therapeutic exercises, activities, and appropriate treatment techniques.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Current and valid New Hampshire Physical Therapy license required.
- AHA BLS certification required.
- Strong communication and patient-care skills.
