Estimator Project Manager

Day to Day Responsibilities

Insight Global is currently seeking an Estimator / Project Manager to join a client in the commercial construction industry. This individual will be responsible for leading both preconstruction and project execution efforts with a primary focus on acoustical ceiling systems, specialty ceilings, acoustical wall panels, and related interior finishes. They will prepare detailed quantity takeoffs, develop accurate and competitive estimates, solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing, and assemble complete bid packages. Following project award, the Estimator / Project Manager will oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement activities, contract administration, change orders, field coordination, and client communication to ensure successful project delivery. This person will work closely with superintendents, contractors, architects, suppliers, and ownership teams to proactively manage risks, maintain quality standards, and drive project profitability. Additional responsibilities include conducting site walks, reviewing submittals and shop drawings, tracking project costs, resolving field issues, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
