Companion Homemaker

As a Companion/Homemaker, you’ll be providing essential support and companionship to individuals in need. Your role will be instrumental in helping them lead fulfilling lives and achieve their goals. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

• Assist with daily living activities, including light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals.
• Encourage and support self-advocacy and independence.
• Help facilitate community integration by accompanying individuals to appointments, events, or activities.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment while respecting the dignity and individuality of each person served.

We’re seeking compassionate, reliable individuals who are ready to make a difference. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or providing care to others.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A patient, empathetic, and understanding approach to working with individuals with diverse needs.
• The ability to manage tasks independently while maintaining a supportive and positive attitude.
• A commitment to our mission of fostering inclusion, independence, and quality care.
