Painters apprentice

Emerson Collision is a small yet high volume shop that works with several different insurance companies. We are an hourly shop; we do not offer flat rate at this time. We welcome you to come join our shop as an Automotive Paint prepper; this energetic role offers the opportunity to showcase your expertise in cutting in parts, sanding and finishing techniques.

Responsibilities:

Prepare vehicle surfaces by sanding, and cleaning to ensure optimal paint adhesion

Apply primer, base coats, clear coats, and finishing touches

Use buffing and polishing tools to achieve a high-gloss finish on painted surfaces

Water sand and polish fresh paint (willing to train)
