Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and hardworkingPackaging Associates / Line Workersto join our production team in Camden, NJ. In this role, you will work on a fast-paced packaging and production line, assisting with thepackaging, labeling, assembling, inspecting, and preparation of products for shipment.
The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable working on their feet, and able to maintain a consistent production pace while following quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and work alongside production and packaging lines.
- Package products according to customer specifications and production requirements.
- Place products into containers, boxes, bags, or other designated packaging.
- Assemble, fill, seal, label, and prepare products for shipment.
- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, proper labeling, and packaging.
- Identify and report damaged, defective, or incorrectly packaged products.
- Count and verify products to ensure correct quantities.
- Feed products or materials onto the production line as needed.
- Monitor the production line and maintain a steady workflow.
- Remove completed products from the line and place them into boxes or designated containers.
- Stack and organize finished products and packaging materials.
- Assist with case packing, palletizing, and preparing products for shipping.
- Follow work instructions, customer specifications, and production procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area.
- Follow all company safety, quality, and sanitation requirements.
- Work cooperatively with team members, leads, and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
- Perform other production, packaging, warehouse, and material-handling duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience inpackaging, manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, food production, or material handlingis preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift.
- Ability to perform repetitive hand and production-line tasks.
- Ability to lift and move products or materials weighing up to 20 lbs.as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
