Job Title: Experienced Line Cook – Full Time

Location: Doc Watson’s Irish Pub (Docs) – Gilbertsville, PA

Description:

Doc Watson’s Irish Pub is a high-volume, established bar & restaurant in Gilbertsville looking to add a reliable, experienced full-time line cook to our team.

We are a busy kitchen with a strong local following. We’re looking for someone who knows how to handle pace, takes pride in their work, and shows up ready to go.

What We’re Looking For:

•Prior line cook experience (required)

•Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen

•Strong work ethic and reliability (non-negotiable)

•Team-oriented attitude

•Weekend and evening availability

Responsibilities:

•Prepare and execute menu items consistently and efficiently

•Maintain a clean and organized workstation

•Follow food safety and sanitation standards

•Work as part of a team to keep kitchen operations running smoothly

Compensation:

•$18 – $25/hour (based on experience)

•Full-time hours available

•Consistent schedule
