Join The Victory Center as an ABA - RBT Teacher, and be part of a team dedicated to transforming lives. You'll work closely with children with autism and related disabilities, providing comprehensive, individualized treatment in a supportive and dynamic environment. We believe in the power of personalized education, offering programs with a 1:1, 2:1, and 3:1 student/teacher ratio. Your role will focus on utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to nurture language development, functional life skills, and positive behavior changes.

Compensation:

$42,000 - $45,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Implement individualized education plans using Applied Behavior Analysis to foster language development and positive behavior changes.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team to create a supportive learning environment tailored to each child's unique needs.
  • Monitor and document student progress, providing insightful feedback to parents and team members.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to enhance your skills and stay current with best practices in ABA.
  • Facilitate small group sessions, ensuring a personalized approach with a 1:1, 2:1, or 3:1 student/teacher ratio.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, offering guidance and support to reinforce learning at home.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of student performance, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in implementing individualized education plans using Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a team to create a supportive learning environment.
  • Proven track record of monitoring and documenting student progress with attention to detail.

The Victory Center, Inc. is a Florida-based, 501(c)(3) non-sectarian nonprofit corporation that provides children with autism and related disabilities with comprehensive, individualized treatment.

We focus on comprehensive individualized programs with a 1:1, 2:1, and 3:1 student/teacher ratio, in a unique classroom setting.

We provide intensive therapy based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), in particular those associated with B.F. Skinner’s (1957) analysis of verbal behavior.

This form of therapy is typically provided to children with autism in home-based programs. ABA is a scientifically proven, systematic approach to the assessment, treatment, and evaluation of behavior, developing functional life skills, nurturing a greater command of language, and decreasing maladaptive behavior such as self-injury and aggression.
