Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager / Registered Architect to lead architectural projects from concept and design through construction administration. The role will involve coordinating with clients, consultants, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality, code-compliant projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural design through schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration.
- Develop practical and innovative design solutions based on client and site requirements.
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, inspections, and field reporting.
- Review and mentor junior architects and staff.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning requirements, ADA standards, and applicable regulations.
- Assist with project schedules, budgets, and overall project coordination.
Requirements:
- B.Arch or M.Arch from an accredited institution.
- 5+ years of professional architectural experience.
- Architectural licensure preferred.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, construction methods, and architectural detailing.
- Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.
